RETURN & LABOUR WARRANTY POLICY (STRICT – B2B ONLY)

By purchasing from Parts Express Auto Inc., the customer irrevocably agrees to the terms below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

-All parts sales are final upon invoice issuance. Returns are not guaranteed.

2. STRICT SEPARATION OF PARTS RETURNS & LABOUR WARRANTY

-Parts returns and Labour Warranty Insurance are separate. Approval of one does not imply approval of the other.

3. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

-Written approval and a valid RMA number are required within 15 calendar days. RMA expires in 5 business days.

4. EXTREMELY LIMITED RETURN ELIGIBILITY

-Only new, unused, uninstalled, factory-sealed parts may be reviewed.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

-Electrical parts, installed parts, misdiagnosed parts, special-order items, clearance items, and any part linked to a labour claim.

6. RESTOCKING FEES

-Minimum 30% restocking fee plus non-refundable shipping and handling.

7. LABOUR WARRANTY INSURANCE CONDITIONS

-15% of invoice, prior approval required, maximum payout $1,200 CAD, parts must be purchased from Parts Express Auto Inc.

8. LABOUR WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

-No coverage for incorrect installation, misdiagnosis, wear and tear, fluids, towing, downtime, or unapproved labour.

9. NO DOUBLE RECOVERY

-No labour payout on returned parts and no refunds on parts with labour claims.

10. INSPECTION & FINAL DECISION

-All inspections are final and binding.

11. NO CASH REFUNDS

-Store credit only, non-transferable, expires in 90 days.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

-Liability limited to part cost or approved labour payout, whichever is lower.

13. NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS

-Only written management approval is valid.

14. POLICY MODIFICATION

-Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
